Uptown Fish House
Located on 1st Avenue in downtown Columbus. Awesome fish and chips. The fried green tomatoes are as good as ive had anywhere else. The sweet potato tots are interesting, really good, but interesting. My wife, a soft shell crab fanatic says that thesoft shell crab is some of the best she had had. I've eaten there twice. The first time was exceptional, but the second time, they had some issues getting our order straight. Food was good both times.

Authentic Mexican Food (JB's Polish Sausage?)
Located on Old Opelika Road right down from Phenix Serum and Western Wear, this is now my favorite place to get Mexican food. It reminds me of the taco stands back in California. These are the real deal tacos that are as authentic as you can get. This is no Taco Bell! My favorite are the al pastor pork tacos and the adobada tacos. I haven't tried the burritos or any of the other few items they offer, but if they are as good as the tacos, why would I want to eat anywhere else?
